Eye Associates of Colorado Springs streamlines Patient Communication throughout Continued Growth

Eye Associates of Colorado, a growing multi-location ophthalmology practice with eight doctors, was struggling to manage rising patient volume (30–60 patients per day per doctor), time-consuming manual appointment confirmations, missed appointments, and a lack of efficient patient feedback collection.
