Camarillo All EyeCare, a family-focused optometry practice in Southern California, needed to modernize patient communication after the doctors bought the practice. To reduce no-shows and cut time spent on manual outreach, they implemented Solutionreach’s patient communication platform alongside their new Revolution EHR.
Solutionreach automated appointment reminders (sent two weeks and four days before visits), recall messages, post-appointment surveys (sent two days after visits) and educational newsletters. As a result, Camarillo All EyeCare cut its no-show rate by about 50%, eliminated roughly 30 minutes of daily staff phone time, and deployed over 1,700 patient surveys to improve patient experience and grow the practice.
