Solution Systems, Inc. implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, and Buehler later upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015. The new system tied together Buehler’s independent databases, improved visibility and control across operations, and gave employees real-time KPIs and faster reporting. It also made it easier to capture customer email accounts and log interactions such as calls, meetings, letters, sales orders, and quotes, reducing manual work and improving access to data across the business.
