The Care of Trees, an arboricultural firm based in Wheeling, Illinois, wanted to improve internal operations and encourage greater user adoption as it expanded across seven states. Working with Solution Systems, the company looked to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 to streamline business management, reduce disconnects between systems, and support day-to-day service operations.

Solution Systems helped The Care of Trees upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 and use service order handling, the Fixed Assets module, and integration with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. The result was smoother processes, less manual work, improved accuracy and control, and better adoption by employees; the company also estimated annual time savings of 3,150 hours, including about 60 hours a week companywide from eliminating manual calendar posting.
