Time Machine® Accelerates Debt Management Application Testing at Wescot, Providing Peace of Mind and Confidence

Wescot Credit Services, a leading UK receivables management provider, needed to upgrade to FICO Debt Manager (DM9) but faced almost impossible testing demands: over 1,500 long-running test scenarios and workflows that could span up to 200 days across multiple environments with tight client timelines. To avoid risky system clock changes and support agile testing and shared licensing, Wescot turned to Solution-Soft and its Time Machine product.

Solution-Soft deployed Time Machine’s virtual clock along with a Floating License Server and Sync Server to automate license provisioning and integrate with test scripts, allowing testers to compress time and run up to six days of processing per real day. The deployment enabled Wescot to complete all test scenarios, achieve 100% test coverage, remove restart/risk issues, and deliver the complex programme on time with increased confidence.
