Anglian Water, a leading UK water and wastewater provider serving around six million customers, faced a testing bottleneck during a complex SAP deployment (CRM, Billing, BW Management, MAU). Their teams needed to move system dates forward to validate application logic, but each change required shutting down SAP, Oracle, and servers, halting all testing and relying on multiple admin teams, which caused delays, resource strain, and risk of human error.
