Pro Staff, a national staffing firm with over 200 offices that centralizes IT at its Minneapolis headquarters and delivers applications via Terminal Server and Citrix, faced a multiple time zone problem: server-based applications returned the server’s time rather than the user’s local time, causing incorrect timestamps in time-sensitive apps like Outlook.
