SoluLab developed a blockchain and AI-powered platform that digitizes real estate properties through micro asset tokens, enabling fractional ownership and investment for as low as $1000 CAD. The solution provided greater liquidity, trust, and predictive analysis on returns. As a result of SoluLab's work, the Acreage platform is set to operate in over 30 US states and aims to significantly reduce home sellers' fees from approximately 6% to just 1%.
