Colorado Community Managed Care Network launches Health Cloud across 20 centers and 190+ sites with SOLTECH

The customer, Colorado Community Managed Care Network (CCMCN), needed a new enterprise-class care management platform. After a year and a half with other vendors, their solution still could not meet their full range of business needs. They engaged vendor SOLTECH to help evaluate and implement Salesforce Health Cloud.

SOLTECH supported CCMCN by first creating a proof of concept and then implementing the Health Cloud solution. Their work included designing bi-directional data integrations with CCMCN's data warehouse and developing an external web portal with Community Cloud. SOLTECH successfully delivered the highly integrated, multi-tenant platform, enabling a single view of community members for over 190 clinic sites while staying within the customer's budget.
