Avant Healthcare Professionals connects international nursing talent with U.S. medical practices but needed a new website to serve two distinct audiences—program candidates worldwide and partnering hospitals—while delivering a streamlined, career-focused application experience. To address this, Avant Healthcare Professionals engaged Solodev to rebuild and redesign their site, using the Solodev CMS, a custom application portal and AWS-hosted infrastructure.
Solodev implemented a no-code CMS with events and careers managers, an API-driven application portal integrated with Quickbase, and AWS services (CloudFront, EC2, Shield) for faster delivery, auto-scaling and stronger security. The new site simplified content management for Avant Healthcare Professionals’ team, made the global application UX concise and easy to use, drastically increased content delivery speed, improved resilience under peak loads, and enabled seamless third‑party integrations for future growth.
