Solita, alongside partner Istekki, utilized Pohde's existing data lake to build a cost accounting solution without needing a new system. This allowed Pohde to combine and allocate costs to service units, creating transparent cost structures for outpatient visits and inpatient days. The successful pilot provided essential data for management decisions, brought clear savings, and demonstrated the data lake's suitability for comprehensive cost accounting across the entire organization.
