Keusote consolidates 20 systems into one with Solita

The wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa (Keusote) faced the challenge of modernizing its fragmented information systems, maintaining nearly 20 different patient and client information systems across its member municipalities. They initiated a major project to implement new, unified social care and healthcare information systems, partnering with vendor Solita for project delivery and management support.

Solita, alongside Deloitte, provided program and project management to consolidate the systems into a single entity, including managing data migrations and training for around 2,000 personnel. This solution drastically reduced the number of systems in maintenance, unified data and processes across the region, and enabled better service flow and communication. The result was a successful deployment that brought major savings and established a foundation for higher efficiency and improved patient care for Keusote's approximately 200,000 residents.
