Solita implemented a comprehensive data warehouse optimization by analyzing cost reports, questioning existing operating models, and eliminating unnecessary data downloads and computations. This solution halved the monthly operating costs of the data warehouse, reduced extensive download times from hours to minutes, and cut carbon emissions by 10,205 kg CO2e. Solita also coordinated a multi-vendor effort, improving overall platform performance and fostering a new, more efficient operating culture.
