Telsonic - Customer Case Study

TELSONIC, a Serbia-based specialist in ultrasonic sonotrodes for automotive welding, faced the challenge of designing components that must resonate at precise frequencies and in a specific (mostly vertical) direction. To create a fast, repeatable design process and validate performance early, TELSONIC turned to SOLIDWORKS and its embedded Simulation tools, including natural frequency analysis.

Using SOLIDWORKS Simulation integrated directly with CAD, TELSONIC iterates shapes from its SOLIDWORKS library, runs quick natural-frequency simulations, and evaluates dimension and material changes within the design loop. The SOLIDWORKS solution shortened product development time, improved engineering efficiency, and scaled the design workflow so TELSONIC can focus more resources on R&D and new product development.
