Using Solid Edge together with NX CAM and Teamcenter, IPAD implemented an end-to-end digital manufacturing solution that simulated digital twins, standardized processes, produced machine postprocessors, and integrated Teamcenter with ERP. The rollout cut average product delivery time by 38% (from eight to five weeks), increased design productivity by 25%, reduced CNC programming cycle times by 28%, lowered rework and commissioning costs, and enabled IPAD to win more complex projects from existing customers.
