EIS, Inc., an industrial distribution company, engaged SolGenie for a strategic SAP project to address new business requirements and enhance key modules including FI, SD, MM, PP, and WM. Their challenge involved resolving issues in their existing SAP production environment and undertaking a significant upgrade from a Non-Unicode to a Unicode system to enable global character support.

SolGenie architected and implemented a comprehensive solution, delivering custom reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and workflow enhancements. A major component was the successful Unicode conversion upgrade. The project resulted in improved operational efficiency, enhanced data integrity, and a more flexible, globally-ready SAP system with a modern Fiori interface.
