Solgari worked closely with NHS Wales and Microsoft to rapidly deploy a voice and two-way automated SMS solution integrated within Dynamics 365. The solution was implemented in just 10 days. It scaled to support 4,500 staff working from home and handled a substantial 1.2 million SMS and 350,000 calls per month, providing NHS Wales with crucial data and reporting on the virus's spread.
