GetYourGuide, the world’s largest online platform for booking tours and activities (HQ Berlin, 475 employees), needed to pre-purchase large volumes of attraction tickets but relied on multiple bank credit cards that frequently hit daily transaction limits and forced staff to spend hours reconciling monthly statements. To solve this, GetYourGuide adopted Soldo’s smart spending and expenses platform.

Soldo provided real-time visibility and control over company spend, automated reconciliation and workflows (including auto top-ups when balances fall below thresholds), and enabled separate company cards and intercompany accounting for global offices.
