LHi Group, a 300-employee recruitment business with eight offices across the UK, US, France and Germany, faced slow, paper-based expense processes that forced staff to pay out of pocket and left finance chasing missing receipts and manual reconciliation. To solve this, CFO Ed Parkes implemented Soldo’s prepaid card and expense management solution (cards and mobile app), supporting GBP, EUR and USD across all locations.
Soldo rolled out 15–20 cards, mobile receipt capture and Xero integration, giving finance real-time visibility, central control over limits and automated reconciliation. The change eliminated paper receipts, streamlined reporting across currencies and countries, improved staff satisfaction, and saved LHi Group 12 days of admin per year.
