Brooks Running, a retail company headquartered in Amsterdam with 1000+ employees, faced slow, paper-based expense processes that forced field staff to use personal funds and required AP to manage scanned invoices and Excel claims. They engaged Soldo to replace those outdated systems with a mobile-first, prepaid card and expense-management solution that would give the finance team control and real-time visibility of employee spend.

Soldo rolled out a single instance supporting seven legal entities with over 300 cards issued, including non‑nominative company cards, virtual cards for marketing and subscriptions, and automatic top-ups for frequent travellers. The Soldo mobile app lets employees upload receipts on the spot, while Lists and real-time transaction data simplified reporting, cut chasing for receipts, sped up remote working during COVID, and provided consolidated mileage and fuel data for sustainability reporting (supporting Brooks’ Amazon Climate Pledge).
