OECD engaged SolbegSoft to develop and support a contact and management system for its core forum-hosting function. The organization needed a way to help manage and control forums where government institutions could meet, share experiences, and work toward solutions to global problems.

SolbegSoft built systems that supported internet applications, statistics module development, publishing and documentation management, and collaboration tools for external and internal users. The solution used .NET, Office 365, React/Redux, Office.js, MS Sharepoint 2016, Java 8, MarkLogic, RESTful APIs, MS SQL, and Oracle. The case study does not provide measurable results, but it shows that SolbegSoft delivered the platform used to support OECD’s forum operations.
