Kinseed, a UK-based healthcare technology company, needed a way to improve how providers work with patients, data, and resources without relying on heavy coding or costly consultancy. Its SwiftCare suite of cloud-based tools required real-time data distribution to support digital transformation, and Solace was chosen to provide the event-driven architecture foundation behind it using the PubSub+ Platform.

Solace’s event streaming and management solution enabled Kinseed to expand SwiftCare’s real-time capabilities across applications like MediConnect and MediView. The results have been strong: the CATS team at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital has used SwiftCare for more than 3,000 remotely monitored journeys, improving patient safety and oversight while reducing handover times by 30–90 minutes.
