Coates Hire, a rental equipment company, faced the challenge of connecting many bespoke systems—including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Baseplan ERP, and a custom master data store—across retail locations, digital channels, and future IoT initiatives. To support Project Mercury and move from batch processing to event-driven architecture, Coates Hire turned to Solace and its PubSub+ Event Broker services.
