The Softworks Employee Self‑Service App and admin tools delivered accurate clocking, automated flexitime balances, easier payroll and richer reporting, plus mobile holiday requests and email alerts—improving visibility of attendance, simplifying approvals and earning positive user and helpdesk feedback.
