Chime, Ireland’s national charity for deafness with services from 10 centres, was hampered by a manual, paper-based timesheet and leave system that made tracking time in lieu and annual leave across departments and locations slow, error-prone and opaque. They needed an honour-based electronic timesheet approach plus flexible reporting, skills and training management, workflows/alerts and employee self-service mobile access to reduce administration and improve accuracy and transparency.

Chime implemented Softworks modules for Electronic Timesheets, Absence & Holiday tracking, HR, Employee Self‑Service (mobile), Alerts & Reporting and Training & Skills Tracking.
