ITpomoz Helps Poor Families in Slovakia With BigPicture

ITpomôž is a 15-person Slovak nonprofit that supports low-income families but struggled to track and visualize recurring financial aid using separate tools (JIRA and Google Sheets), which required duplicate data entry and made planning difficult. To streamline this work they adopted SoftwarePlant’s BigPicture Gantt/chart solution.

Using SoftwarePlant’s BigPicture, ITpomôž centralized their planning and linked it to JIRA so updates sync automatically, eliminating double entry, improving visibility and speeding decision-making. The nonprofit reports time savings and clearer overviews, and has used the system while supporting 22 stories and distributing over €11,100 in aid.
