How BigPicture Helped Put Things in Order at Fideltronik

Fideltronik, a Poland‑based, family‑owned electronics and EMS provider with 30+ years’ experience, faced growing complexity managing long‑lived, highly regulated automotive projects and struggled to present clear progress to executives and auditors while using only Jira.
