Glanty — the company behind the teclet SaaS platform for lettings — needed to align a dispersed development team with a head-office sales and administration mindset and to better engage larger, more traditional clients. With most staff lacking PPM experience, Glanty sought tooling and education to bridge agile development practices and client-facing programme management, and evaluated SoftwarePlant’s BigPicture (and BigTemplate) to complement their existing Jira and Confluence setup.
