BlaBlaCar Revolutionizes Modern Transportation With BigPicture Enterprise

BlaBlaCar, the world’s leading long‑distance ridesharing platform operating in 22 countries, needed a way for its Agile Tribes to visualize and share project data without duplicating work. To keep every project, task and epic in JIRA while getting detailed roadmaps and Gantt views, BlaBlaCar turned to SoftwarePlant and its BigPicture Enterprise solution.

SoftwarePlant implemented BigPicture Enterprise to provide an Agile‑compatible Gantt, detailed roadmapping and full two‑way JIRA synchronization. The tool is now used by three Tribes (product managers, technical managers and developers) and, after two quarters, has removed the need for manual double entry, given teams quick visibility on progress versus estimated delivery, and streamlined planning across the organization. SoftwarePlant’s BigPicture Enterprise enabled “fire‑and‑forget” syncing and clearer project tracking for BlaBlaCar.
