Tokio Marine, a major insurance provider in Brazil, needed a new 24-hour customer service platform to better serve customers, brokers, and service providers while supporting continued growth. SoftwareONE worked with Tokio Marine to build the service in Microsoft Azure using a managed cloud approach.
SoftwareONE designed and implemented the cloud architecture for Tokio Marine Servicos (TMS), the company’s first 100% cloud-based project. The solution improved high availability, scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction, while reducing infrastructure costs to one-fifth of the previous on-premises setup through Azure’s pay-as-you-go model.
