SoftwareOne navigates CCoE for TomTom

TomTom, the Netherlands-based location technology specialist, had grown its AWS Cloud footprint over time and realized it needed a central Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) to guide engineering teams on best practices, training, governance, and support. SoftwareONE was brought in to help shape and establish the CCoE on AWS Cloud.

SoftwareONE worked with TomTom to build a CCoE roadmap covering networking, governance, security, cost optimization, and knowledge management, while also providing recruitment, mentorship, training, and hands-on technical support. SoftwareONE helped unify TomTom’s AWS accounts into a single AWS Organization and created BI dashboards for leadership and the wider organization, improving visibility, cost optimization, and agility. The result was a recognized, trusted CCoE with knowledge transfer embedded in TomTom, and a stronger foundation for centralized cloud governance and future AWS expansion.
