Secure user access to O365 tools helps Helen Keller Intl collaborate to tackle global health issues

Helen Keller International, a global nonprofit focused on eliminating preventable vision loss, malnutrition, and diseases of poverty, needed a simpler, more cost-effective way to manage secure access to Microsoft 365 and other business applications. With a small IT team and expiring Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) infrastructure, the organization turned to SoftwareONE for help with Azure identity management and single sign-on.

SoftwareONE implemented an Azure Identity Management strategy using Azure AD Seamless Single Sign-On to replace four ADFS servers and create a fully cloud-based authentication solution. The new approach reduced complexity, deployment and maintenance effort, and costs while improving fast, reliable access for staff worldwide; it also supported broader use of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Power BI, and Power Automate to strengthen collaboration, research, and operations.
