Valmet, a global developer and supplier of technologies, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries, faced a complex software asset management challenge after its 2013 de-merger. With a diverse software portfolio and around 13,500 users/desktops worldwide, the company needed to maintain compliance, manage license transfers, and control software costs more efficiently. SoftwareONE supported this effort with SAM as a Service using Snow License Manager.
