North American Bank worked with SoftwareONE to improve visibility and control across its software and hardware estate. SoftwareONE assessed the bank’s ITSM maturity, refined requirements, discovered assets to populate the ServiceNow CMDB, and strengthened SAM, HAM, and Microsoft licensing practices. The result was centralised visibility and automation that identified potential savings of USD 650K, including right-sizing Microsoft licensing and reclaiming unused Atlassian Confluence subscriptions, while also reducing audit risk and improving support-life monitoring.
