Nonprofit IOCC strengthens collaboration and workplace security to better serve people in need

International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC), a US-based humanitarian nonprofit in Baltimore, needed a better way to support its growing global mission while improving cybersecurity, internal communication, and field data collection. To help modernize its digital workplace, IOCC turned to SoftwareONE for Microsoft 365 tools implementation, digital workplace adoption, and workplace security support.

SoftwareONE implemented Microsoft Teams, migrated SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, and deployed Intune to manage devices, users, and applications more securely. As a result, IOCC improved collaboration across countries and time zones, strengthened device security for field operations, and began capturing and sharing programme impact more effectively as it worked toward a USD 1 million fundraising goal.
