Atlético Nacional, the Colombian professional soccer club, wanted to modernize ticket sales and customer service to better meet fan expectations for fast, personalized, online experiences. The club partnered with SoftwareONE for Application Modernization to move away from manual, broker-dependent ticketing and improve loyalty, data access, and operational efficiency.

SoftwareONE implemented an integrated cloud platform in Microsoft Azure using .NET and SQL Server to centralize season-ticket and box office operations, fan data, reporting, and secure online payments. The solution improved real-time administration and reduced counterfeiting and unauthorized resale; results included online subscriptions growing from 20% to 55% between 2016 and 2020, QR box office sales reaching 40%, and more than 3,000 subscriptions sold in a single day.
