Vocento Group, a leading Spanish media company with more than 100 businesses, needed a faster, more collaborative way for journalists, photographers, TV teams, and editors to create and share news across its publications. Working with SoftwareONE, the company looked to modernize communication and document management using Digital Workplace Services and Google Workspace.

SoftwareONE implemented a phased rollout centered on Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, and Google Chat, starting with a pilot at Diario La Rioja before expanding across the group. The result was faster news creation and distribution, better real-time collaboration, reduced email traffic, lower travel and storage costs, and improved security and processes across 100+ companies.
