Case Study: QNET explores workplace AI with SoftwareOne and Copilot for Microsoft 365

A SoftwareONE Case Study

Preview of the QNET Case Study

Exploring new AI uses to increase innovation and efficiency

QNET, a Hong Kong-based consumer goods company operating across five continents, wanted to explore how workplace AI could improve efficiency and support employees while being introduced in a careful, responsible way. With support from SoftwareONE and its Copilot Advisory Service, QNET began evaluating Copilot for Microsoft 365 as a potential GenAI-powered tool for a range of business uses, from writing support to data analysis and compliant documentation.

SoftwareONE ran pre-kickoff and follow-up workshops with more than 100 stakeholders to build awareness, set realistic expectations, address concerns, and help QNET define success measures. The company then launched a pilot with 300 early adopters across the organisation, generating multiple use cases and strong enthusiasm for Copilot for Microsoft 365. While the initiative is still early, QNET expects hundreds of testimonials from users and sees SoftwareONE’s global footprint and continued guidance as key to a broader rollout.
