Ekinops improves employee communications thanks to a consolidated collaboration platform

Ekinops, a manufacturing provider of open and interoperable networking solutions, needed a better collaboration strategy after rapid growth and multiple acquisitions left them with numerous Active Directories and domain names across France and Belgium. With help from SoftwareONE, they chose Office 365 migration and support to create a consolidated platform for employee communication and centralized user management.

SoftwareONE managed the full migration, including unifying all Active Directories, staging migrations over multiple weekends, and providing dedicated service management plus 24/7 support. The project moved 400 users to Office 365 in under three weeks, gave every employee an @ekinops.com address, and improved administration and collaboration while minimizing downtime.
