Centris AG, a Swiss IT provider for health and accident insurers, needed to accelerate its move from an on-premises Skype for Business setup to cloud-based collaboration when the COVID-19 pandemic made decentralized work essential. Working with SoftwareONE, the company aimed to deploy Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools for 300 users within just six months.

SoftwareONE delivered the migration and adoption program in parallel, including infrastructure setup, security workshops, training, and change management support. The rollout improved remote and hybrid communication, reduced internal email volume by 10–15%, and helped eliminate most support tickets, while 82% of employees reported better video call quality and 98% said post-switch support was effective. Centris also enabled faster virtual onboarding and reduced costs by moving some large staff meetings online.
