Brainiall uses AI and AWS to help mining companies improve performance and sustainability

Brainiall, an independent software vendor and emerging SaaS company serving the mining industry, wanted to scale its AI automation platform, improve security and near-real-time data processing, and reduce cloud costs. To support its growth plans and cloud modernization goals, Brainiall turned to SoftwareONE and the SoftwareOne NextGen ISV Modernisation Programme with AWS.

SoftwareONE helped Brainiall redesign and migrate its operations to AWS using services such as AWS IoT Core, Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose, AWS Glue, Amazon Managed Grafana, and Amazon SageMaker. The new architecture enabled faster deployment of customer environments, near real-time monitoring of more than 100 mining variables, and better performance and flexibility. As a result, Brainiall cut cloud consumption costs by 20% and estimates its total cost of ownership is up to 50% lower than with its previous public cloud provider.
