Baanbrekers gains a better workplace by moving to Office 365 E3

Baanbrekers, a public-sector work-and-income organization in the Netherlands, needed help renewing its Microsoft licenses and finding the right mix for employees as its IT environment evolved. With support from SoftwareONE’s Microsoft Advisory Services, the organization sought clearer insight into which licenses it had, used, and still needed, while also enabling remote work and a more scalable IT setup.

SoftwareONE assessed Baanbrekers’ current Microsoft estate, mapped user profiles, and aligned the licensing model to future business and technology needs. The result was a move to Office 365 E3 with CoreCAL Bridge and Windows VDA E3, plus a negotiated discount and a future-proof three-year license structure for 250 users. This gave Baanbrekers a clearer cloud strategy, better remote collaboration through Microsoft Teams, and a flexible licensing model that can scale with the organization.
