Art for all with a modernized AWS Cloud

Art Fund, a UK nonprofit charity that helps museums and galleries make art accessible to everyone, needed to modernize its AWS environment to keep its public-facing website secure, reliable, and highly available. With limited in-house AWS expertise, the organization turned to SoftwareONE for help with AWS modernization, Landing Zone deployment, and managed cloud operations.

SoftwareONE implemented an AWS Well-Architected Landing Zone, moved Art Fund to segregated accounts and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and modernized deployment, scaling, and networking by shifting from Cloudflare to AWS services like Route 53 and CloudFront. SoftwareONE also onboarded the environment to Cloud Operations Managed Service for backup, patching, and monitoring, resulting in a 32% performance improvement, an 87% Security Hub score increase, and 4x faster deployments.
