Agency Systems, an insurance agency management software provider, needed to modernize its application delivery as the market shifted from desktop software to software-as-a-service. SoftwareONE replatformed Agency Systems’ desktop applications to a dedicated, persistent VDI solution on Amazon WorkSpaces and automated customer environment provisioning. The new AWS-based setup improved security, performance, and reliability, reduced onboarding from days to minutes, and increased annual onboarding capacity from 50 systems to more than 500. SoftwareONE also helped Agency Systems scale support and updates across hundreds of environments without expanding back-office overhead.
