NATCCO and PFCCO expand credit union services to 6 million people with Software Group

The customer, NATCCO and PFCCO, are cooperatives in the Philippines seeking to expand financial services for over six million members. Their challenge was to enable credit unions to act as comprehensive financial hubs. They partnered with vendor Software Group to implement the KAYA Payment Platform.

Software Group's solution was the cloud-based KAYA Payment Platform, which enables mobile accounts, money transfers, bill payments, and ATM card transactions. The platform facilitates transactions both within and between cooperatives. The results include adoption by over 150 cooperatives, the generation of additional revenue for members, and an expanded range of services that increases member share value.
