Wüstenrot & Württembergische (W&W) uses GRC to comply fast and save millions

W&W Group, a Stuttgart-based financial services provider formed from Wüstenrot and Württembergische, serves over 6 million customers through insurance and savings-and-loan products. Facing stricter German regulatory requirements (MaRisk VA) and the limits of an Excel-based internal control system, W&W needed a process-oriented ICS with standardized alert and escalation management, richer documentation and auditable status reporting.
