Ayaydın‑Miroglio Group is a multinational Turkish fashion retailer behind the Ipekyol, Twist and Machka brands, operating ~230 stores and franchised locations across the Middle East and Central Asia. Rapid, sustained growth (≈20% annually) and an ambitious international franchise program exposed hidden operational costs, siloed ways of working, and rising HQ turnover—creating a need for greater efficiency, consistent processes and better workforce engagement.
