Case Study: Oriflame achieves unified SOA integration and faster partner onboarding with Software AG (webMethods)

A Software AG Case Study

Preview of the Oriflame Case Study

Oriflame’s IT innovates business through effective alignment

Oriflame, a Swedish-inspired beauty company founded in 1967, sells in more than 60 countries through roughly 3 million independent consultants and generates about €1.5 billion in annual sales. Rapid growth and a broad R&D, supply chain and sales footprint created fragmented local integrations and application silos that made it hard for Global IT to onboard partners, support local variations and maintain enterprise control.

Oriflame adopted a Service-Oriented Architecture and implemented Software AG’s webMethods, BPM and CentraSite to standardize and unify integrations. The platform eliminated costly customizations for onboarding, sped partner and bank integration, automated supply-chain data aggregation (≈400,000 records/day) to enable daily distribution planning, improved operational visibility and reduced risk—giving IT greater flexibility and readiness for cloud, mobile and future updates.
