Partnering with Raw Engineering and Software AG’s webMethods.io integration, the team deployed the Digital Fan Experience Platform to centralize content and streamline transactions. The result was rapid adoption and measurable gains — mobile ticket sales jumped from 30% to 83% in the first season, in-venue spending increased, and fan satisfaction and loyalty improved.
