Kredi Kayıt Bürosu (KKB) is Turkey’s first and only credit bureau, founded in 1995 and expanded rapidly since 2012 to 180 member institutions serving over 2 million end customers. That growth left KKB swamped by mixed digital and paper data, slow manual processes and a pressing need to implement new regulations almost immediately, creating a risk that operational bottlenecks would undermine its role in the financial ecosystem.
KKB implemented Software AG’s Digital Business Platform—using ARIS for process transformation and MashZone for visual analytics—to digitalize data, model and optimize processes, and build real‑time dashboards. The project trained 200+ staff, automated 146 KPIs and is rolling toward 20 live dashboards, delivering faster regulatory response, clear process visibility, immediate fixes (e.g., correcting insurance workflow errors), improved interdepartmental collaboration and higher operational efficiency.
